Opening: Tire Technician

We are searching for a tire technician to join our company. The ideal candidate would be mechanically inclined with a basic understanding of tire safety and installation. Previous experience preferred but will train the right person for the role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and vehicle inspections.
• Repair, install, and rotate tires on a variety of vehicles.
• Assist with oil changes and other basic vehicle maintenance.
• Perform record keeping and documentation as required.
• Relay information of recommended service to customers as needed.
• Maintain all tools and keep work areas clean and neat.
• Perform other responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform tasks in support of all job functions, for example - sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
• Proficient typing work orders.
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs frequently.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
